Internal Relations – their Nature and Roles

Abstract

What is it to be an internal relation ? What are the main types of internal relation ? I consider some relations between answers to these questions. I look at internal relations between ideal and between temporal objects: between numbers, qualities, tropes, substances, events and such putative examples of internal relations as intentionality, motivation, the reason relation and expression.
