FROM ROME:
From RomE to L’Aquila there are frequent connections by coach.
From both the airports in RomE (Fiumicino and Ciampino) the best option is often to take the Gaspari bus/coach, which gets you from the airport directly to L’Aquila. The trip takes about 2h15m from Fiumicino and 1h45m from Ciampino. Tickets may be bougth online or directly on the bus.
FROM RomE Tiburtina train station get a coach to l'aquila from Tiburtina bus station (300m from the train station). The trip takes about 1h15m. Companies running from Tiburtina bus station to L’Aquila are:

FROM THE HOTEL AMITERNUM
The best way to reach the Dipartimento di Scienze Umane of the Università degli Studi dell'Aquila from the Hotel Amiternum, is to get a taxi cab.

You can also reach the Dipartimento di Scienze Umane from Hotel Amiternum by taking any city bus to the "Fontana Luminosa" (bus tickets available in the Hotel Amiternum Bar) and geting off at "Fontana Luminosa" bus stop (see directions from here) or nearby at the "Questura" (see directions here).
